Dan has been working so hard at keeping up the house- cooking, cleaning, baking, errand running, etc. While being on bed rest has been frustrating at times, it is so nice to not have to stress about these things. He has been doing such a great job, I may be put out of a job. ;)
Tonight he made an amazing steak dinner. All the main ingredients in the meal were local and most were organic too! We get our meat from a local farm owned by a contractor of Dan's, the potatoes and greens were from our favorite organic veggie shop, P&R Farms and the apples in the apple pie were grown on Dan's grandparent's trees in Westbank.
Dan has also been busy playing outdoor soccer and playing on our church softball team.
