We picked up a bunch of produce at Paynter's Fruit stand in Westbank. Yum! So fresh! Naomi and I spent one morning last week gutting the pumpkins, seperating the seeds and then roasting them and the pumpkins. We made some delicious gluten-free muffins and a pumpkin slice for our Bible Study group.
