Apparently I only have one thing on the brain these days...food! I got up early today before my kitchen got too hot and made a batch of strawberry jam. The strawberries were from my garden (and Alicia's! shhhh...)and the only other 2 ingredients I used were sugar and lemon juice.
I just picked up a bunch of Okanagan cherries and apricots..the first I have seen up here! I think we'll just sample them :) and wait until we come back from Kelowna to do canning and jam making.
