Bits and Pieces

We spent a lot of time at Granny's just hanging around. She has a lovely English garden where we liked to sit and read or pick berries and we also enjoyed walks up to the high street to visit the book shop or coffee shop. Naomi's highlight of the whole trip was swimming in the pool (cheap date!) The girls also loved Friary Park just a block away from Granny's we spent lots of time at the playground and visiting the rats (eek!)

One of the days we went into London to see some sights. We went on The Eye (no lines!), visited the fountain at Trafalgar Square and saw the guards at Whitehall.
