Saucy

We have had such a fantastic summer here in PG, the local apples were ready for picking a few weeks ago. Our friends have a big tree and are very generous to offer apples to us every year. This year it was so much less work making apple sauce as the apples were so much bigger than past years and we had an extra helper.
