Picket Fence

When the snow started to melt...in April...our fence started to fall apart. The snow was holding the rotten fence boards up. We were hoping to get away with fixing the fence next summer, but when we came back from Hawaii, we had one new fence panel attached to our old fence. Our back and side yard neighbours decided to start building while we were gone and our eager beaver back yard neighbour asked if we were willing to continue the project. Dan and Tom the neighbour did the majority of the work one Saturday. Looks great! Here are the during and after photos (we kinda preferred the no fence look, made our yard look huge!) And notice my poor cherry blossom tree that the caterpillars destroyed.
