Tally Ho

Weeee’re back! We have been in Europe with our little traveler for the past 3 weeks.

We decided back in August to book a trip to England for Naomi to meet her great grandparents. It was all God’s timing as we arrived 3 days before Dan’s granddad passed away. It was a hard trip as granddad was very ill and we were not prepared to see him in the state he was in. We are sad he is gone, but also happy as he had been battling cancer on and off for the past 13 years. He was a very courageous man. We are so thankful for the opportunity to visit and that he was able to meet his first great grandchild. Very special memories!

While we were in England we were able to spend a lot of time with Dan’s extended family, watch two Arsenal games (highlights for Dan), introduce Naomi to many sights of London, and went on a date to Cambridge (highlight for Kristina). We ended up extending our trip to be able to attend the funeral.
