One of the many reasons we love living up north is the fun outdoor winter activities you can do up here. The school I work at built 2 rinks so Dan and I decided to try them out this morning. It had snowed over night so we shovelled the snow off (lots of work!) and went for a spin. Dan's ankle has healed up quite well and he was able to be out there for about an hour with no complaints! It was the perfect temperature to get outside and get some exercise.
